How does the 14-day trial work?
Choose the plan you want to try and get 500 credits for 14 days. Your card is saved, but you are not charged when the trial starts. If you keep the subscription, billing begins when the trial ends and your plan's monthly credits are added then.
How do Cockpit credits work?
Credits are shared across your organization and cover enrichment, data imports, and AI actions. Each integration shows its credit cost before you run it. CSV and Excel imports are free, and source previews do not use credits.
Do I pay when an enrichment returns no result?
No. Cockpit charges credits only for successful provider outcomes. If a provider cannot find the data, that attempt does not use credits. With a waterfall, Cockpit can continue to the next provider until it gets a result.
Are there extra per-seat fees?
No. Each plan includes a fixed number of seats: 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, and 10 on Scale. There is no separate per-seat charge while your team stays within the plan's included limit.
Can I use my own provider API keys?
Yes. Growth and Scale include saved provider connections. You pay the provider directly, and Cockpit uses 1 credit for each successful BYOK call to run and track the workflow.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. The organization owner can switch plans from Billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades start with the next billing cycle. When moving to a plan with fewer seats, your active team size needs to fit within the new plan's seat limit first.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Cockpit will not start a billable action unless your organization has enough credits, so there are no surprise overage charges. You can move to a higher-volume plan or talk to us about a custom monthly credit pool.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. The organization owner can manage or cancel the subscription through the Stripe billing portal in Cockpit. A canceled paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or credits.
What if I need more volume or a custom integration?
Scale is built for higher-volume teams and includes 30,000 monthly credits, 10 seats, custom monthly credit pools, and custom integrations. Talk to us if your workflow needs a different setup.
